Authors must submit their extended abstracts through the online submission form by 7th Oct 2026 (Friday).



The Extended Abstract Template must be used to prepare the extended abstract for submission. In particular, the following information should be provided in the extended abstract document.
  • Abstract title.
  • Names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
  • An indication of the presenting author.
  • 3 to 6 keywords.
  • 2 to 3 topics,selected from the 20 topics listed on the Call for Papers webpage.
  • The word count of the extended abstract (an extended abstract should be 500 to 1000 words, including all text)



The following 5 sections must be included in the extended abstract:
  • Purpose
  • Design/methodology/approach
  • Findings
  • Originality/value
  • References



The following 3 sections are optional and can be included, if applicable:
  • Research limitations/implications
  • Practical implications
  • Social implications



All extended abstracts must be written in English. All extended abstracts submitted to the workshop will be reviewed and the submitting authors will be notified of the outcomes by 7th November 2026 (Friday).
