Authors must submit their full papers through the online submission form by 7th Oct 2026 (Friday).

The Full Paper Template must be used to prepare the full paper for submission. In particular, the following information should be provided in the full paper document.

  • Names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
  • An indication of the presenting author.
  • 3 to 6 keywords.
  • 2 to 3 topics, which should be selected from the 20 topics listed in the Call For Papers webpage.
  • The word count of the full paper. Please note that a full paper should be a maximum of 12000 words in length, including all text, while an Impact Pathways paper is limited to 4000 words.
  • Structured abstract, main text, figures, tables, and references, which should follow IJOPM's Author Guidelines available here.

All full papers must be written in English. All full papers submitted to the workshop will be reviewed and the submitting authors will be notified of the outcomes by 14th November 2026 (Friday).

Please note that all submitted full papers will be automatically considered for both Professor Andy Yeung Best Paper Awards (chaired by Professor Christopher Tang from UCLA) and IJOPM Best Paper Awards (chaired by IJOPM Co-Editors-in-Chief). Authors do not need to apply for these awards separately.
